Présentation

ENISE is coaccredited to deliver courses for 3 different master of research degrees, together with other engineering schools or universities, which offers a variety of specialties and the possibility of a double specialisation to students in engineering.

Programme
  1. Master 2 in Mechanics - second year specialisation

Mechanics of Materials and Processes curriculum

Coaccreditation with Ecole Centrale de Lyon, Université de Lyon 1 and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne.

The objective of the course is to train science executive directors who can train to think across the boundaries of disciplines - a quality essential for tackling issues in the fields of Mechanics of materials and of Process engineering, whether at an experimental or theoretical level (modelling and digital simulation).

  2. Biomechanics curriculum

Coaccreditation with Ecole Centrale de Lyon, Université de Lyon 1 and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne.

The biomechanics curriculum as a second year specialisation (M2) works in synergy with engineering sciences and life sciences.
This course aims to broaden the students' basic scientific knowledge necessary to prime mover analysis and modelling. There are many applications to this course: rheumatology, traumatology, orthopaedics, sport medicine, handicap treatment, but also in the protection of transport users when an impact occurs, and in improving the ergonomics and comfort of vehicles

  1. Master 2 in Civil engineering - second year specialisation

    Floors and Infrastructure curriculum

Coaccreditation with Ecole Centrale de Lyon, Université Lyon 1 and Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat.

The course focuses on the challenges brought about by the preservation of built heritage with high economic value (dams, sea walls, tunnels, roads and bridges)

Successful diploma holders will find posts as technical executive officers working for technical design offices (structure, project management), local technical departments (cities, towns and other local authorities, public contracting authorities) or for dedicated departments at large companies. We also encourage pursuing in research with a thesis or in R&D at laboratories, universities and institutes.

  2. Materials and structures for sustainable construction curriculum

Coaccreditation with Ecole Centrale de Lyon, Université Lyon 1 and Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat.

The course revolves around the use of large numerical codes and computer-aided design for project sessions and design offices (study and research work -TER- or tutored project); R&D projects, relying on the technological platform available for this course and at the university research laboratories, seminars in French and in English ("workshops") centred on emerging R&D subjects.

Master 2 in Industrial engineering - second year specialisation

Coaccreditation with Ecole Centrale de Lyon, Université Lyon 1 and Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat.

The objective of this course is to teach students about modern techniques in industrial engineering and operational research covering the whole chain of product and production system engineering - in particular the scientific tools used for modelling and analysing products and production systems, and performance assessment, the optimal design for products and systems, and the calculation of ressources, planning and organising production and logistics, and equipment maintenance.
