ENISE processes personal data (hereinafter 'Personal Data') concerning you in connection with the use of this website (hereinafter the 'Website').

As a data controller, we respect privacy and protect the personal data of our Website users.

By authorising this type of newsletters, you authorise ENISE to send you personalised emails. You can unsubscribe at any time from any of the received emails, however, the maximum retention period for your data MUST BE COMPLETED.

Contact form

The data is sent by website users who wish to send a remark or report something. The information collected from this form is sent to the service in charge of managing comments on the ENISE site. The maximum retention period for your data is 36 months.

 

Your rights

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable personal data protection regulations, you have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you; you also have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data that we hold in structured electronic format (portability).

You also have the right to object, for a legitimate reason, to your personal data being processed, and being used for such purposes as soliciting, particularly for business.

You can exercise your rights by sending us your requests by post or directly via our contact form.

We commit to replying to all requests within a month after receiving them. This period may be extended by two months, depending on the complexity and the number of requests received.

In the event of a dispute over the exercise of your rights, you have the possibility to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection.

Data retention

We only keep Your Personal Data for the necessary period of time and proportionate to the purpose for which they were collected, namely for a maximum period of 3 years from the last exchange you had with us and carried out at your initiative (logging to your account in particular).

After the aforementioned periods, your data will be anonymised for statistical purposes or simply deleted.
